Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We only offer store credit for any returns except for items damaged/defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


To confirm eligibility for the return: Please email us at waverlyscarlet@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return approval email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Customized items are non-returnable.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping cost is paid by customer unless return is approved as damaged/defective upon receipt by customer.
  • Returns (store credit) will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return or sooner. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed and received.

Damages and issues
Each item in our inventory is always individually inspected and repacked prior to stocking and fulfilling any order. Since there's always a chance of human error, please inspect your order upon receiving. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items or gift cards.

Refunds
Refunds are approved on a case by case basis. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancel / Exchange Orders:
Need to cancel an order? Please contact us ASAP at Waverlyscarlet@yahoo.com. We try to ship orders out quickly, so there is a possibility we will not be able to edit your order, but will do our best.

We can not offer exchanges. We are happy to cancel an order if it has not shipped. We will only refund if the order cancellation request is received and able to be canceled.

If the request to cancel is received within 48 hours of order submission and we are unable to cancel, customer can obtain a refund if they choose to return the item. Original shipping and return shipping costs will be at the customers expense. All return policies do apply.
